What a weekend
Hello, I'm back after a very tiring but lovely four days with my daughter Claire and her two children, Caitlin and Megan. They are aged 5 and 2 and I love them to bits. Today they have travelled back to Edinburgh after a 5 week trip to France and Disneyland, London, Hull, Nottingham and Leek. Wow, some miles there! but they have had an absolutely brill time. The sad part is that it will be at least 8 /10 weeks until we see they again, but I have to look on the bright side because they could be on the other side of the world and at least Edinburgh is only 250 miles away! After the miles they have covered whats 250 miles.
Talking of time, my friends youngest daughter was l8 last Saturday, and I cannot believe just how quickly the years have past. When I first saw her she was one day old, now a beautiful young lady just starting her first job. I made this card for her and wish her all the luck in the world. I not too old to remember being that age, rock and roll music and jiving all night long, now two dances and rest all night long. Still, we were very lucky to be teenagers in the swinging sixties!
